the kevateria would like to mention grandma kevateria. an awesome lady in cleveland ohio, my grandmother. she recently sent us an article about a lady in lakewood ohio who's been vegan for at least 30 years. the interesting thing, however, is that she is still interested in her Slavik roots, as is the kevateria, and has adapted traditional Slavik recipes to be meat and dairy free. we are currently working on kevateria adaptations of these traditional dishes.....Halupki, Loksha, and a simplified Perohi......these too shall soon be seen here
